Intelligence Class Skill:

 

Intelligence Class Jutsu
(Intelligence Class)
Scout target’s HP/CP and any 4 random jutsu of targets.

Intelligence Class Jutsu is a passive skill used by Intelligence Division. This skill allows the ninja to view the enemies’ information using a Shinobi Card of the enemy’s information.

This skill capable to see remaining HP/CP of all target (also target’s 4 jutsu of the last 4 slot and their cooldown if you are in PvP) and unlike other class skill this intelligence class skil doesn’t take your turn, it means you still have a turn when you use this class skill, and this skill last until the battle ends. There is a trick in PvP, yeah, just see if your opponent’s skill still in cooldown no need to worry they will use it, because it’s still in cooldown. If your opponent Chakra is 0 then no need to worry they will use any ninjutsu/kinjutsu/talent jutsu and it’s an advantage for a smart player.

 

Intelligence Class Division:

The Intelligence Division is one of the five divisions in the Fire Village and is Stage 1 of the Special Jounin Campaign. The captain of the Intelligence Division is Tokugawa Bishi. The purpose of the the Intelligence Division is to gather intel and information about the enemy.

 

Intelligence Class Captain:

Tokugawa Bishi (徳川 菱 : Toku-gawa Bishi) is a Captain of the Intelligence Division, a group with a great mind and observation. She first appears in Stage 1-1 of the Special Jounin Campaign.

Tokugawa graduated the academy with Maeda Sanza. She later invented the “Shinobi Card” that stores information of ninjas, which is how she got promoted to Captain of the Intelligence Division.

Tokugawa gives out “Shinobi Cards” to those who completed Stage 1-1 of the Special Jounin Campaign. The Shinobi Cards that she gives contains information about the enemy during the second part of the first stage.

Tokugawa Bishi skills: Intelligence Class Jutsu, Taijutsu, Clone Technique, Stealth & Assassination.
